HR is a human being too!

If you are thinking your HR is not doing anything just remember; 


He/She is handling many different personalities at the same time from the top management to middle management sometimes the lower one as well, He/She is trying to make you all happy and want to retain all of you.

Starting from the recruitment, training, documentation,  employee engagement, compensation and benefits, performance, providing services to the employees, compliance, grievance handling, employee health and safety, the well-being of the employees, conflict management, Maintaining HRIS, counseling, employee data analysis, balancing the culture, implementation of the policies and maintain the harmony and employee discipline, entertaining the employees by conducting events, balancing the social and cultural aspects are some of the major duties of a HR professional which is invisible for most of the people.

I have seen so many posts where employees are making fun of HR. 

He/She is there when you ask for support at any given time.

He/She is there for the growth of the company.

You all are only doing the part of your job but HR is taking part in all the things from event management to business strategies.

When you all are doing efforts for yourself HR is doing efforts for all of you and the betterment of the company.

These posts for all the people who are working in HR. Dear HR Professionals, I am proud of you. You are worth it. It is not an easy job to please all the employees and the management at the same time.

Please take your valuable time and appreciate the efforts that your HR department is doing, Sometimes HR professionals also want someone to listen and some kind of appreciation too.

Never hate the department of HR. The HR department is doing what is best for the employees and for the management.
