Every wrong LOVE that makes you appreciate the Right One..

You choose the wrong people not because there is something wrong with you but because you want them so desperately to be right because of what it is you've invested in that person. 

I think sometimes you settle for what you think is love not because you don't know what you deserve but because you believe in the potential of what a person can be. You choose to see their good even in moments of bad and that says a lot about the kind of person you are. 

You choose to be loyal to someone whose loyalty to us is based on how you make them feel about themselves and it isn't mutual. You can't love people into loving you. 

You can't value people into seeing your worth. Because whether they see it or not you are worthy of the kind of love that shakes you in a way you never lose confidence in the person. 

Be proud of yourself for being exactly who you are. And be a little more forgiving if you're in this position or in some kind of relationship that isn't actually a relationship but feels like a relationship. Because I've been there. 

And I remember exactly what it felt like wanting to love someone into their potential and trying so hard to score with them when the game was based on that person constantly moving the goal post and I was never going to actually win. But realize this, love isn't some game to play and certainly isn't something you have to win and if someone has ever made you feel like you have to work to earn their affection they are lacking something within themselves and using you to fill that emptiness. 

You choose the wrong people or the wrong kinds of people sometimes not because you don't know what you deserve but because there's a part of you that thinks you'll never feel this way again. 

There is some adrenaline rush to these relationships and you get addicted to it. And you won't feel that way again because good relationships aren't supposed to feel like something you're addicted to. 

The right love is one that will make you so confident in yourself and the relationship you'll wonder why you ever settled for half-hearted love stories. But you have to experience those kinds of things because it is every wrong love that makes you appreciate the right one.
